OT: Packard Pub set to finally open today (And now people saying Friday at the earliest)
Looking forward to finally checking it out. The wall size mural of the 2005 Penn State game should be sweet. Like the fact that they will be opening at 7 AM on football saturdays.

The fact that I'm living in a house full of seniors on state st. next year and this pub opening probably means the destruction of my GPA as I know it.
I believe the drinking because its Tuesday, like we did last night and the one before, is leading to the destruction of mine.

Judging by how long it's taken for them to open the doors, it may not be open that long.
This will only help the michigan hockey student section
talked with one of the bartenders that will be working there. The have to push back the opening to friday at least. So as of now friday at 11 am is the tentative opening time.
I wouldn't be able to go until Friday anyways, I guess. Expect me incredibly drunk knocking on the roof door just after closing time, hack

As long as the food is decent and they have some cheap beer specials on top of the good beers they have on tap, this place has potential to do really really well, especially on football saturdays.

I drove by the place last night around 10. They had all of the TV's turned on (looked like there were many). Nice to see another place to watch all the games. Great location.
