I was in the MMB at the 2002 M/OSU game. OSU won and their fans stormed the field. Their students climbed on the south goalpost in an attempt to bring it down; they were summarily brought down off the post with the pepper spray cannon. The only bright spot of the day was watching OSU students fall off the goalpost like flies who had been sprayed with Raid.

These large block parties aren't just students. A couple of years ago on Halloween a couple of thugs from somewhere in Washtenaw County came down and starting throwing bottles at students and viciously assaulted someone. Luckily, a student was able to capture it on their camera phone and the guys were eventually arrested.

Unfortunatly I was in Columbus this weekend, and was a few blocks away from the block party. From what I could see the police were totally justified, all I could hear for a while were sirens and breaking bottles. My friends couldn't even get to the party I was at because they couldn't get passed the police.

-When using OC spray the guy using it almost always gets some of it themselves.
-When showering afterwards you MUST take care on where the water goes because it will spread/reflash, be mindful to lean forward as to NOT LET THE WATER TOUCH YOUR JUNK...A man of experience.
