Isn't OSU playing Georgia in the near future too?
I think it's more towards the latter half of this decade.
So not even near future for football scheduling purposes.
Va. Tech in 2014 and 2015, Oklahoma in 2016 and 2017, Tennessee in 2018 and 2019, and Georgia in 2020 and 2021.
As much as I hate them...you cant knock their out of conference scheduling...they consistantly have one great opponent
since they may be on the dum dum DUMMM NCAA Death Penalty.

when I saw the title of the post, I thought "yeah, probably Vanderbilt."
Two BCS schools in non-conference play isn't bad.
OSU plays Miami, Fl and Colorado this year.
Try USC. They usually play 3 BCS schools each year plus 9 conference games, so that's basically 4 bcs games outside 8 conference games. Also, for us, playing SDSU at home should be much tougher than Colorado or Vandy.

So this is now PSU last year, M in 2012, OSU in 2013...Nebraska is going to have to step up in 2014 and beat the shit out of some SEC team.
I vote it should be Auburn.
Prior to kickoff, OSU will fire Gordon Gee and then the loser of the game has to hire him back (Gee was the president at Vandy before moving to OSU).

Joke matchup. They play Cal in 2014 as well.
They usually schedule one top notch OOC team. Their other OCC teams, not so much, but one is more than most, and at least gives us college football fans something exciting.
Of course, we've also played Vandy a bunch of times, including in the 2006 season opener.
Not a horrible matchup, and I give them credit for scheduling anybody to open the season. That Miami (YTM) home-and-home doesn't look as promising as it once was, so good by them to nab another BCS team. And who knows - maybe Vandy will be decent by then? I mean, MSU won a part of the B1G title this year, and I was a wee tike the last time they did that.
Probably the only SEC team Ohio State can beat.
[Arkansas really doesn't count as you, I, the NCAA, Ohio State, etc. all knew they were playing with ineligible players]
