My wife's cousin was KIA almost a year ago in Afghanistan. She hasn't stopped crying since the news broke. He was going to stand up in my wedding, and I know that he is so fucking geeked right now, THIS is what he was there for. THIS is why he spoke so highly of the people he was there to protect. Good for you, man. I'm getting by on transfer credits that IU creatively put into different science categories. Besides Environmental Science, which is required of all students in my college, I'm actually going to be graduating without a course requiring a lab. Then again, your career demands biology and A&P, and mine won't.

On another note, I find it funny the amount of people who went to college as pre-med, and are now in liberal arts or something that's actually math and not science, and conversely, the number of people who went in studying English and are now pre-med/pharm.

On September 11, 2001 of the 2996 victims of the 911 attacks 24 were Canadians. As in the United States, our lost brother and sisters have never been forgotten here.  I'm pleased that the man responsible for these heinous attacks that killed so many Americans and other nation's citizens has been brought to justice. Finally. A great job done by those service men/women involved.
