OT - Organization for Donating Tickets

Submitted by Johnnybee123 on

A little OT, but I have tickets to the Iowa game, and I can't make it.  Does anyone know of an organization in Detroit or surrounding area that would take the tickets and hopefully bring a kid along to the game?  I figure that it would be a cool opportunity for some kid who otherwise wouldn't go to a Michigan game to see a big one, explore the University, etc.

I'm sure there's some organization somewhere, possibly even in Ann Arbor, that would help you out. I've never even thought about it, but I'm sure my dad would be interested in donating tickets at some point.

If I could get it approved to take my kid I mentor to the game I would gladly take them. I'm a mentor to a kid who has an abused past for a company called integrated living in sterling heights. I've been with the company for about 4 months. He has been making incredible progress since I have been working with him as he is no longer physical with others. I have been wantig to take him to a game but everythig I take him to do comes out of my pocket because I only get 12 dollars a week to spend on him and I can't afford tickets. It's hard coming up with ideas of things to do with him. I don't know if they would allow me to take him out of macomb though. If you are willing to wait a day I could email you to see I could get it approved.
