OT - Olympics/College Football Comparisons
Some examples:
- Figure skating scoring = pass interference calls
- Rooting for/against random countries because of the medal count race = rooting for/against random schools because of poll rankings
- Johnny Weir's outfits = Oregon's uniforms

I'd say figure skating scoring is more like the college football polls than pass interference.

Watching Johnny Weir and his outfits is kind of like watching Michigan State in a bowl game. For pride in country/conference, you'd like to see them do well; on another level, you'd like to see them fail miserably. Either way it's a win? Either way it's a loss?
