I think that he was just labeling the parts of the body so that he'd remember their names. That probably explains why he was Tatooing the letter "A" on the kids rear end when he got caught.

I can't imagine a 1 year-old child having to endure the pain of having a tattoo administered, especially in a non-professional setting. What a d-bag.
