Incredible they've been able to win 5 straight titles in a playoff format, across two head coaches, and recruiting to North Dakota. Surely one of the greatest and most impressive dynasties in college football history

Best quote from the commentary: they were taking about how NDSU had 9 more wins than Alabama over the past 5 years. One of the announcers said, "that's a Bo Pelini season worth."

Whenever I hear NDSU, I think of when UND was taking suggestions on what to change their mascot to. The list of choices not under consideration was epic. So many of them were something negative towards UND and the reason given to select that name was Go NDSU!

I worked at NDSU from 2005 to 2008. Back then they weren't even eligible for the playoff because they had just recently moved up from D2! They went 10-1 one year that I was there, but I had no idea they were about to rip off 5 straight national titles.
