It is the offseason, and I enjoyed watching this blast from the past. Thought I would share. Definitely enjoyed the joke he played off of Woodson at the end.
Norm is the mother-effing man.
That is all.
That's weird. Only clicked it once. My point stands though: Norm is awesome.
a long, long time ago in a UV. No neg is deserved because it was like last offseason or something, but just-so-ya-know.
Edit: sorry a link would have been kind of me.
So I'm sure that it's been seen a ton of times but it still is a classic clip.
Shall we only laugh once per year?
In any case, I shall be sure to expand how far back on the board I check before posting. Thanks for the tip
"the pose". "Hey Brian already linked to that before!"
considering I said this:
no neg is deserved
Clearly I was being such a dick by pointing out that it was posted in the past.
I guess the logical follow up question would be to ask why you even brought it up in the first place then?
Any time you drop that phrase in a post you pretty much know which way the arrow's gonna be pointing.
Lol'd. And thankfully, I don't care about the negs and pos's, but you are correct, sir.
Being "PC" sucks.
Except that PC basically started in the late 80s/early 90s. Trust me, I was at Michigan then...
I've seen this a handful of times but never noticed Jim leyland in the audience right in the beginning when Norm says the ESPYs are 6 years old. He looks a lot younger. I guess thats what 12 years of managing an MLB team and chain smoking will do for you.
love norm. that's a man that always delivers the goods.
thanks for the post.
but his roast of bob saget is one of the funniest things I've ever watched.
recently on the tubes and came up empty-handed. The sheer genius of the intentional bomb had me in stitches at the time, and I giggle a little whenever I think about it. Well wishers!
One of the funniest things I've seen in years. The crowd was clueless, but the comedians on stage were dying. I showed it to my wife, she didn't get it at all. It was comedy genius on a different level.
Is a little bit like The Aristocrats. Most non-comedians don't get it, but the movie that Penn Gillette made of dozens of comedians riffing on the joke, had me laughing like hell.
I would add the YouTube link here, but ... uh ... Its a "little" NSFW....
Its nonsense that he didn't win the ESPY that year. I guess Tennessee fans were so butthurt that they went crazy on the voting so Manning could get something for his non-Heisman, non-Florida-beating, and grrr-non-beating-Nebraska season.
ken griffey jr was not amused. but i was. i love norm.
