Glad to hear about his success. I hope he is still returning kicks/punts. Maybe he can carve out a career in the NFL as a special teams dynamo.

He was never a special teams dynamo at Michigan—why would he then turn into one in the NFL?
He's got the career record for KO return yardage at Michigan because our defenses were so mediocre-to-bad.
That aside, I always thought his real potential was as an offensive player, where the quickness he does have is more of an asset, and his lack of top-end speed is less of a hindrance. Why Hoke & Co didn't work to get him the ball in space more was always a puzzle to me, but then so were a lot of things.

Maybe you're thinking of a different player, because the Norfleet that played at Michigan could do nothing but run fast in a straight line. He had no lateral quickness whatsoever.

That's the George Clinton song he was famously dancing to while waiting to return a kick last year.

Not to thread jack, but huge win for GVSU yesterday as well knocking off previously unbeaten Ferris State. GVSU now plays Colorado St. Pueblo where one Mr. Roy Roundtree is an assistant coach.

Lost a lot of respect for him when he let a glorified gym teacher air out his dirty laundry.
Speak for yourself young man and don't be selfish.
Hopefully the kid has grown up.
