OT: Nice emotional win for LaVall Jordan at Butler

Submitted by Human Torpedo on

Butler as you know got to face their former coach Holtmann who is now at Ohio State. OSU was up by 15 points in the second half before Jordan's crew rallied to force overtime. Great game i must say with a winning layup with 3 seconds left in OT

That may end up being the plan, but if he lights the world on fire at Butler, would he take it? I know it sounds like a nutty question, but given that he played there, IU is on a bit of a downswing, and he could be their recent savior with comparably little pressure, is it a slam dunk he'd leave? We've seen firsthand the value of one's alma mater in coaching searches and it isn't like Butler is some podunk school that won't give him the resources to needed for success.

Took it on the chin with the game ojtcome on saturday...given that my son attends Butler, this win is particularly therapeutic. Go Dawgs. And, oh yeah, kiss my ass all of Ohio.
