I say Steelers, should be epic.

Woodson returning the kickoff...Nice!
Has Chuck been returning for GB all along? I never noticed.
Fun game ya know
is Woodson, I kinda wish he had returned that KO for a TD and struck the pose.
What a great game! Don't care who wins really, but this is fun.
Game over, go pack go.
Even with that pick Hanie > Cutler.
Pick by GB
Thats a fitting end
With Todd Collins.
C'mon Woodson. Get that ring.
As the only other guy to win the Heisman, National Championship, and Super Bowl. Maybe he can top it with an MVP performance.
I read somewhere else that Marcus Allen was included also. He was a backup on the 1978 USC team that won the UPI/Coaches' Poll National Championship. He won a Heisman in 1981 and a Super Bowl and Super Bowl MVP. Of course that could be wrong or the UPI Coaches' Poll may be useless, I don't really know.
The list I was looking at I think was counting only guys who won the Heisman in the same year as the National Championship (meaning they were big contributors). I'll gladly stand corrected. Still an elite group.
He won them, even if they were taken away.
(Dorsett did it as fast as possible...won the first two in one year, then won Super Bowl as a rookie).
I think I like your qualifications for the trivia tidbit more. I was just relaying what I read earlier because it surprised me as well. I don't know if Allen even saw the field that year USC won.
He'll have as many appearances and wins as Manning. ;-)
and thus ends the caleb hanie experience.
Ah jesus, now I have to root for the AFC in the Super Bowl.
... that looked alot like a ron turner bears offense. Who calls the jet sweep on 3rd and 3?
Seriously. What a bizarre call.
I said the same thing, terrible call in that situation.
Mike fucking Martz should probably be fired. Or I'm being irrational. But I do think he needs to explain that inexplicably stupid play call there.
... The play might have had a chance if the package didn't completly give it away. They split a blocking tightend out wide, and motioned the direction of the run. Could it have been any easier for dom capers to know what was going on?
The play might have had a chance if the package didn't completly give it away
Sigh, were you talking about one play alone there? That sounds like Martz's entire game plan.
Congrats to Charles Woodson!!!
Boomer just said that Sanchez is the reason the Jets are winning. I laffed and laffed.
Yeah, living out here in NYC people have really started to drink the Kool-aid about Sanchez despite all proof to the contrary. He's a decent QB who isn't asked to do much, and who tends to benefit immensely from good WRs, a nice line and running game, and a great defense. He's not a bad QB, but he's no better than Jason Campbell or Shaun Hill, and even last week wasn't nearly as good as his stats suggest - a large chunk of his yards came from short slants and dump-offs that the receiver turned into big gains.
Mendenhall is definitely on his game today. He was terrifying at Illinois for spurts, and this feels like one of those games where he crushes linebackers all day.
Good second effort there by Mendenhall. 7-0 Steelers.
Players getting banged up on both squads. (And no, after this season, I don't expect Packer fans to have sympathy).
Pitt or GB?
Woodley has had a sack in every postseason game he has played in...clutch
Yay for another sack on Sanchez!
And I think it's a fumble.
Last week, when we really needed it?!?
for the Jets. The offense is not good enough to put up 27 points against the Steelers defense.
Sanchez isn't the type of QB who can carry the team on his back.
Jets are getting hosed.
Guh this game would be so much more fun to watch if it was Pats-Steelers.
Goalline stand by Steelers!!!
When 4th and 1 at the goal line you run it up the gut against Pitt. At least a Woodley INT there would have been Epic.
is one of the most overrated players in the NFL. I havent seen another player drop as many passes in clutch situations as he has this season.
Well that was a horrible way to get a safety
