Normally I half understand what you're saying, but this one just blew my mind a little bit.
Driver.
Oh, and may the Raiders continue their organizational suck today.
October 3rd, 2010 at 11:36 AM ^
And we needed an open thread ;)
October 3rd, 2010 at 11:40 AM ^
Oh, I agree with needing an open thread. Normally you at least type out things. WSIS took me about 30 seconds. The broken english in the first sentence was at least decipherable.
Didn't peg you as a GB fan though.
October 3rd, 2010 at 11:55 AM ^
I'm from "Detroit" (down-river mega red conference) so I'm a Lions fans but I'm also realistic.
GB will roll them lol
October 3rd, 2010 at 1:18 PM ^
The Wolverine A conference days? (And how far downriver? Lincoln Park? Allen Park? Monroe?).
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:27 PM ^
Trojans
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:40 PM ^
is much better this year than it was last year. They weren't much of an obstacle last year, but they gave Chelsea a tough game this year.
October 3rd, 2010 at 3:04 PM ^
I kid.

Fordson. ;-)
October 3rd, 2010 at 9:36 PM ^
I remember when there was a thing on espn about how Monroe was so racist and all of this bs and Fordson came to Monroe and put a pipe bomb in a trashcan...

Yeah congrats on going to fordson

So you still get good and lathered up about your high school football rivalry?
Holy shit, man. If I write a script for a movie, I'm gonna model a character after you.
October 3rd, 2010 at 12:06 PM ^
Lions keep it close early, but GB should roll them. Still, this has been a murderous opening stretch for the Lions, so hopefully as the schedule eases up a bit they'll get their feet under them. 6-10 is still in play.
Also, Driver, but CJ would be there with a better QB.
October 3rd, 2010 at 12:37 PM ^
Hill sucks.
October 3rd, 2010 at 12:59 PM ^
need Barry Sanders, Herman Moore, and a good offensive line back.
October 3rd, 2010 at 12:28 PM ^
have not won in Green Bay since I was 3 years old (1991)....oh yeah, they have a great chance today...
October 3rd, 2010 at 12:35 PM ^
that the Cowboys beat the Lions in the '92 playoffs. Apparently, he has forgotten the 38-6 ass whipping the Lions put on his 'Boys.
October 3rd, 2010 at 1:20 PM ^
The Lions were more up and coming than the Cowboys.

Then the Cowboys won 3 Super Bowls and the Lions never won a playoff game again.
October 3rd, 2010 at 1:05 PM ^
great start lions...damn
October 3rd, 2010 at 1:25 PM ^
The only game on my TV right now is Saints and Panthers and it's on two different channels. Nothing on CBS for an early game. This blows.
October 3rd, 2010 at 1:41 PM ^
7-7 after Johnson's TD catch.
The play before, Scheffler got to the first down marker and then for some reason started running sideways and backwards and turned 1st and 10 into 2nd and 1. Being the 30-year Lions fan that I am, I expected Hill to get sacked or fumble or something. I didn't expect the TD pass.
October 3rd, 2010 at 1:56 PM ^
is actually playing well despite the fact that they gave up 14 points. They're pressuring Rodgers and stopping against the run.
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:07 PM ^
I take that back.
The Lions are shooting themselves in the foot with penalties and turnovers.
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:07 PM ^
do NFL refs have a tendency not to blow their whistles at the end of a lot of plays (or do the tv mics not pick it up)? Like that play a few downs ago where the GB receiver looked like he was down but kept running, and the Lions kept tackling. The ref was running up to spot the ball, but I didn't hear a whistle until very late.

Another Leon Hall INT.

Calvin Johnson over Woodson.
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:24 PM ^
hello to my little friend! Megatron just outathleted Charles Woodson for a TD!
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:28 PM ^
CJ is blowing up

And driver is above expectations at half.

13-19 so meh whatever that's just good trade bait. I've still got moss and Jackson as my other wr starters
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:44 PM ^
is awesome.

Shaun Hill scores for the Packers.
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:49 PM ^
"I'm happy AND angry!"
I want to be mad that the Lions threw an interception that was returned for a TD, but it was Woodson. I can't be mad about Woodson.
October 3rd, 2010 at 3:21 PM ^
Woot!
October 3rd, 2010 at 2:50 PM ^
Woodson's 10th INT for a TD, good for 3rd all-time, 1 behind Darren Sharper, and 2 behind Rod Woodson.
October 3rd, 2010 at 3:12 PM ^
and give it back because a lineman lined up offsides. I feel like I'm watching middle school football.
...And now they intercept it again, this time with no penalties. Cool.
October 3rd, 2010 at 3:27 PM ^
I have to admit the way they're moving the ball. But I can't believe the way they're shooting themselves on the foot with all the penalties.
October 3rd, 2010 at 3:33 PM ^
But I can't believe the way they're shooting themselves on the foot with all the penalties.
Apparently you're new to Lions football. Let me see if I can try to explain ...
October 3rd, 2010 at 3:35 PM ^
What? A turnover went the Lions' way? Wait, what?

If anything, Packers show how over rated they are this season (I know, a win is a win is a win).
October 3rd, 2010 at 4:06 PM ^
Im so glad i dont invest any thought or time into the lions. If I did like I do with Michigan I think I would have to give up sports and all forms of tv and the internet.
October 3rd, 2010 at 6:21 PM ^
are better than last year and two years ago. They are at least competitive. They would've been done at halftime but they're hanging on until the 4th quarter which is more than you can say from the last few years as a Lions fan.
October 3rd, 2010 at 10:10 PM ^
Woohoo! Todd Collins is coming in for the Bears!
