OT: New Tailgating products

Submitted by umbig11 on
Does anybody have any new tailgate gadgets or ideas? There are two items on sale that I am picking up. The Michigan tailgate bar at Grand Rapids Costco is $250. Both are lightweight and portable. Here's the pictures from Lowe's: http://www.lowes.com/pd_607800-16558-2001W1110_0__?productId=50239439&c… The Michigan side bar from Amazon is $82. is the "Son of Hibachi" grill. It's portable, folds up and comes with a flame retardant bag that you can stick a fully lit grill into. It's badass, and actually gives you more space to cook on than most small grills. You keep it closed to light it, like a chimney, and then fold it down when the coals are ready. I've been tailgating with mine at Michigan for over 10 years and I'm about to buy a second one. You've gotta check it out.

That looks pretty sweet!  We're going into our 2nd season with the Blackstone Griddle.  Love that thing!  We went through a couple of the Colman Tailgate grills which were nice, but with the griddle I've done pancakes, hashbrowns, bacon, burgers, cheesesteaks. The cooking surface is huge!  It's been awesome.  Can't wait for the tailgating season to start!

I've tried to give people directions to my spot with good food and endless drinks (I sell spirits and wine for a living), but to no avail. What about if we all meet up on the corner across from Revelli Hall about ten minutes before the Band starts marching in? Could be cool to meet a few of you and walk into the stadium together. That's the best way to enter the Big House, hands down.
