I don't know if you are joking because most Nets fans were hard on Frank. I do miss him. I doubt Kiki stays up all night watching film and game planning. Frank got a raw deal. The whole team was injured to start the season and he did a good job keeping them motivated and at least trying to win. I always feel bad for NBA coaches who are handed a "rebuilding" roster and then fired when they don't win enough games.

I'm not a Nets fan so I'm not too familiar with him, but I liked the idea of this short, basketball fanatic who never played the game in college, was a Bobby Knight protege and rose to become the coach of his hometown team.

Will they lose that #1 ping-pong ball to (gasp) the Detroit Pistons? Knowing how much the NBA loves that NYC TV market, I sincerely doubt that they will lose that #1 ball to anyone, but you never know.

If we're not going to be good anyway (to put it mildly), might as well take our best shot at the lottery and go for Mr. Wall.
I think with this Russian Billionaire owner and the move to Brooklyn and the upcoming 2010 free agent class it'll be interesting times for Nets fans.
Folks who are NJ Nets and Michigan fans have it tough right now but I'm sure it'll all come together soon.....hopefully.

You think you have it bad with the Nets? Try being a Lions fan.

They will cry tears of unfathomable sadness. This will be followed by seeking greif counseling from Lions fans. Don't worry Nets fans I feel your pain.
