1. Switch to plain text

2. Paste Embed Code from YouTube. They have a bunch of different features, including the size of the video that they'll put in the code for you.
3. If you want you can switch back to the rich text editor. You should see a red box that says "flash" in the middle. (I think it says flash, I may be wrong)
4. Save comment.
