I'm a big fan of the recieving adjustment where you have to wait for them to come out of their breaks to throw it. Other than that, looks very similar to '12.

Three questions and three questions only matter to me as far as gameplay goes...

1.Are super-jumping linebackers gone?

2.Are psychic DBs gone?

3.Are kickers booting 50+ field goals with no problem gone?

Those were the three big issues with '12.

When are they going to have ragdoll physics included (like in Grand Theft Auto), where every hit could be unique.  Say you dive and knock out a guy's left leg, he'd fall properly... not in one of the scripted styles they do in the previous NCAAs?  That would be awesome.

I will rant and rave in every NCAA 13 thread. Stop buying this crap. They have gotten away with it long enough. I got NLF2K5($1 at play and trade and the goat of football games) with updated rosters the other day on my 360 and its amazing. Half sacks counted, sportscenter show, off setting flags, robust running game. I could go on and on. Do I love playing a college game more? Yes I sure as hell do but for the time being EA is no longer an option. I played NCAA 06 last year on my PS2 and was pretty solid. EVEN HAD DREADS!!! OMG!!!

If 2k ever gets their hands on the NCAA licence... MOTHER OF GOD.

Yeah I get that but what they proved with NFL2k5 and the NBA games is that they are way more forward thinking game makers and have never settled for repackaging the same game year in and out. NBA2k gets better every year with no other NBA games. MAdden and NCAA do not. Still have the same bland game with the same bugs. My francise in ncaa 11 wasn't even playable after 4 years. The players got so bad they missed extra pts... That should never happen.

I'm just playing devil's advocate here, but just because they made a good NFL game(which I loved) on the PS2 and Xbox, doesn't mean it will translate well to the PS3 and Xbox 360. NCAA was a very good game on the previous - generation. Also, I have 2K and play it all the time, but have you guys played MLB 2K lately? Just because they make one good sports game, doesn't mean one can't flop. It could go either way.

I know MLB games are not the best but at this point people are buying the same game every year. I stopped at 11. I am done until someone gives a shit. I have no idea how people keep handing them money.

Not sure if you have played Ncaa College Hoops 2k8 but that might be the best college game of any sport I have ever played. I am still playing and I'm in the year 2022. Just took over Michigan after climbing my way up from Long Island,Vermont,WKU,UCF and UNC. Game is amazing.

2K did suck until 2K5. However, not only have they always pushed the envelope of realism in their sports games but (more importantly) it gave EA competition. EA knows they are the only game in town and have been this entire gen so they went with the lazy route of using a universal engine for its sports games. It just happens to suit Soccer and Hockey much better than football. I do not understand the issue with simply adding more realistic player models and player movement animations like their other sports titles?!? Forget the lack of features and slow, clunky menus as the gameplay is also below the standard of last gen. Sad considering these consoles are 30x stronger. IMHO, the issue is competition. 2K needs the NCAA/NFL license for nothing more than competition but it might yield better games considering their amazing NBA series (as well as College Hoops 2K8 which I still play with updated rosters).

Damn, the last NCAA game I played was 06. The Xbox is still around here somewhere. Haven't played NCAA 06 in years because it's pretty outdated.

I might have to get back into NCAA this year. Yeah, it's the same as every year, they probably didn't fix a ton of things, but I need my NCAA fix back.

are gone...

On that TD throw, the corner gets caught looking inside and doesn't get back until it's too late.

The devs talked about making that change in this iteration, adding that it was going to be more difficult for them to straddle a QB/RB on the option and always pick who to hit at the perfect moment. They also made a lot of tweaks on the LBs that could extend their vertical an extra 48" whenever a post pattern was thrown.

is somehow in charge of the Madden/NCAA titles, Madden/NCAA will continue to be shit.  EA USA is complete, utter horse caca - and all of you who buy Madden/NCAA are basically the reason people hate America.  Also, why don't you support our troops?

WOO GAMEPLAY FOOTAGE!  OF THE EXACT SAME STUFF I SAW WHEN DESMOND HOWARD WAS ON THE COVER! OOOO LOOK THE MASCOTS ARE HAVING AN ORGY ON THE FIELD.  STUFF YOUR 60 BUCKS INTO UNCLE SAMS TROUSERS AND LICK BAWLZ HOMIE.

Seacrest. Out.

The SuperSim is sooooo bad and that's why I can't stand to play NCAA 12.  I've been an OC for Michigan for four years in NCAA.  And the clock management issues/missed extra point rates are both so bad.  I don't understand how EA still hasn't fixed it after so many years :/
