OT: NCAA Basketball 10 Rosters

OK, so I purchased NCAA Basketball 10 for the XBox 360 today; in the search for rosters, I found a bunch online and downloaded them.  The problem is it says they're downloaded but whenever I pull them up the rosters are still PG #3, and I don't even have the ability to manually edit them.  

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
