That is one fine piece of ace.
this may be of some local interest
That is one fine piece of ace.
I don't think John Legend would appreciate that
Who would neg this?
would be my guess
I'd risk contracting HPV in my throat for a weekend with her!
But is a bit OT. Not really what I come to mgoblog for.
I thought he was just taking it to the rack...
Wow those are some great swim suits!!!
Best post in Mgoblog history.
You're not so bad after all.
And the US wants you out of office?
UCONN will get served by Butler! From what I have seen, a lot of UCONN fans wouldn't be terribly upset if Butler won.
How are you figuring UConn fans won't be upset if they lose?
If Butler wins, over/under 5 years that Butler's last two NCAA tourney runs will become a Hollywood movie?
We had Hoosiers...don't see another...besides, Hoosiers featured Butler's field house
yeah, thats true but Hollywood loves to make sequels.
I bet 30 on Butler...lets hope I'm right!
Will Jeremy Lamb do the Lamb Shake in Matt Howard's face?
Your teammates had taken money from a game fixer?
Does every school's band play that Blues Brothers song now? I guess it's just The Michigan Difference.
Yes, but Michigan was hardly the first school to use it.
U C O N N. UConn. UConn. UConn.
Calhoun comes off as such an ass. The juxtaposition of him next to Brad Stevens makes my rooting interest obvious.
How does he come off like an ass?
i'd let her run through my dong forest if you catch my drift
"name graphic" right at that particularly level to avoid any fines....
Edit: and this post even makes more sense after Aquaman's post.
LeAnn Rimes has a solid rack
Starting at 9:30. It dramatically alters my ability to actually give a rats ass about either of these teams.
Jeez. 9:30 is too close to my bed time!
I was under the impression that "sophomore" was two syllables. It's soff-moor, not soff-oh-moor.
IT'S TIME TO END THE MADNESS
Looks like we're seeing some nerves early.
jesus christ i cant take my eyes off of that post by our libyan dictator friend.
You don't stay in power for 40 years without learning a few tricks about keeping the masses happy.
I'm still shocked that it was negged by 3 people.
Bad shooting by both teams but only one turnover
Wtf was that awful Phil Collins cover.
I wish I cared more about this game. Once Michigan is out of any tournament/season, I just can't help but be incredibly apathetic.
Root for a team from a state I despise? Or root for a team with a cheating dick as the head coach? Bleh.
I stopped caring once Michigan lost and my brackets got blown up. Also this game is boring.
That is absolutely the other problem. I keep looking over at the TV and noting that the score doesn't seem to be changing.
Oh wait! Butler just hit a three. And we're tied at 19!
Listen to how much more excited these announcers sound than usual.
Nored is utilized perfectly on defense. He really seems to rule the air.
Incredibly low scoring. Whoever gets to 50 wins this game IMO.
for Kemba to take over. I have a feeling he's going to run off like 9 straight at some point
22-19 at the half is a rock fight
Sweet, 41 total points at half. I wonder when the last NBA game had only 41 points scored in a half?
Never. 55 was the record between San Antonio and Houston in 2003.
The point is well taken (I.E. this is a low scoring game obviously) but there are also 4 more minutes to play per half in the pros
I was just answering his question. STEP OFF BRO
I said your point was well taken. My point was just that it's not completely comparable (and not implying you didn't understand that already).
I remember when 55 points was pretty low scoring for ONE NBA team in a half...
Point Tiebreaker are probably going to be a little over (Price is Right rules don't apply).
i was flipping channel during the a break in the game and saw two gloden pants pendants for sale on the show Pawn Stars....
I don't know if this is a rerun or a new episode, but thought it was pretty funny.
guess i'm not the only one who saw it... it's blowing up twitter right now
Nothing is coming easy for Butler. I think the Huskies are going to start pulling away as the game opens up later in the 2nd half. They are going to try to run a lot off Butler misses.
Why having a true big man or two helps. A lot.
And I don't mean the thread.
Wow, what a terrible shooting game for both teams. Butler is shooting less than 20%!
Danger time for Butler. It's been amazing how many shots they have missed.
Jim Nantz: "They're on a roll - a finger roll!"
My wife: "That sounds disgusting."
Your wife thinks.
Showing why big men and taking the ball to the hoop is still what it takes to win 6 in a row in the NCAA. (Or what, U-Conn's 11 straight post regular season games?)
"Walker..... Texas Ranger."
BOOOOOOOOM. He had that a month ago, just biding his time.
less than 17% for the game. A lot of those looks have been wide open too. Man, when it rains it pours.
Stop being so boring, why is this game so boring, im bored!
Someone please tell me Nantz did not just say Walker Texas Ranger.
Butler is laying one of the all-time dinosaur eggs out there thus far in the second half.
Matt Howard is now shooting 4-18 in his two NCAA Finals appearances. Butler may have well-coached, well-disciplined kids, but they can't throw it in the ocean. No surprise on this end.
Butler is extremely well-coached on D and on the glass, and they play hard. But their offense just plain sucks.
And not just for my pool.
I really wanted VCU to win. They were just so much more entertaining to watch. That and the whole Shaka Smart gestures/they are an 11 seed thing.
U-Conn or Kentucky. (God, at least it's not Kentucky). I thought Butler's experience and defense would give them a better shot. (Though really, Kansas has to be kicking themselves...it was laid out for them to take it. I should send Self a bill for my pool). I was also hoping if Butler won there's no way the coach would leave there, because I'm terrified about him coming to the Big Ten.
Said "Them Sons of Bitches." When they panned there way.
The worst part of this game is that it will give people a reason to defend the BCS
Michigan beat uconn 7 months ago
When I thought Nantz couldn't get any worse...
Best in show. He went there right after
Nantz is dropping all kinds of dog related puns
Wow, "Connecticuit wins best in show"
How long did it take him to think of that?
At "One Shining Moment", unlike last Year's.
We could have given both of these teams a hell of a game, and shot better than 17% for the game.
I think everyone in America is saying that tonight.
Cam Newton gets paid. Calhoun cheats. Tressel cheats. These programs are all doing quite well. USC. Maybe the problem is we aren't cheating? (obviously being sarcastic)
However, it is quite depressing to live in a society where cheaters are rewarded. And no, I'm not just talking about athletics. I'm talking about the middle class disappearing while Politicians, and Bankers mainly are the ones doing the cheating. I wish I were young and ignorant again. Life was much more beautiful.
The game is over!!! And I don't have to watch this TERRIBLE basketball game anymore!!!
Is it over?
UConn won? Oh that's nice.
Just when we're getting to be good in men's basketball, it goes and dies.
Uconn just won me $330. Oh glorious dayyyyyyyy
I get excited by the Tournament, but the final game leaves me feeling empty about the whole thing.
That was fun. Now let's never have it happen again.
This game wasted 2 hours of my life.
Does he come off as arrogant? Sure. Is he right? Yup.
But gets on his knees for Calhoun.
Yay! Now this awful victory can be vacated in a few years!
I give up.
Good grief that game was awful. I was rooting for Butler, but by the middle of the second half, I thought they didn't even deserve to win with that putrid shooting percentage.
ever again. Holy hell, was that ugly.
Now we're going to have to hear how awesome the Big East is again...
All I caught was the hair.
You just knew the Stu dunk was going to be in One Shining Moment.
At the end...
I started channel surfing during TV timeouts and I eventually found an old suspense movie on This called "The Pit and The Pendulum", heavily influenced by the works of Edgar Allen Poe. The torture and psychological breakdown depicted in the movie were actually easier on the eyes than watching whatever the eff that was UConn and Butler just vomited all over the court. The constant canine puns at the end DID NOT HELP EITHER. GAH.
I wish I had been watching that....
It's actually a decent movie if you're into the genre. There's some pretty spooky scenes in the movie and the ending is great too (not written by Poe and unique to this film, as far as I know).
If you like that, might I recommend...
The "special effects" are God awfully dated, but it's a smart plot, and some nice spooks for the genre. Better than the lame remake.
I also found out the whole damn movie is on youtube....
Looks like you can download it too. Ah, public domain. Though at night with the lights dimmed on the widescreen is always better.
House of Wax, the Fly...or in that series, The House of Usher, The Raven, the Masque of the Red Death...Vinnie was in them all...
