OT: NBA Finals Game 4 Open Thread

Submitted by Piston Blue on

I know that the popularity of the NBA is not so high on this board. However tonights a big game involiving one of the most consistent small market teams of any league of all time. The Spurs look to go up 3-1 and put the Heat in a stranglehold. After tuesdays crazy barrage of 3's, I wouldn't put it past them. Miami needs a win here, and if they lose there's going to be a ton of LeBron talk. Should be a great game!

It's amazing that out of 5 trips to the Finals this the first time the Spurs have faced the one seed out of the East. Just as amazing if the Spurs win the title the MVP might be Danny Green.

I'm not old school and I hoop on a regular basis, but honestly when did a travel go from two steps to four. Guys glide from the three point line to the bucket with four steps.

Looked like they were on a mission tonight and made SA look old from start to finish. I'm thinking this will end in 6 w Miami now. The only thing saving SA is the extra day off in between this next game so I guess anything could happen but.
