Iowa has been far and away the most over-rated team in the country this year (in a season full of them). They belong nowhere near the top 10, and I'm so glad Sparty exposed them. I really hope the Hawkeyes don't represent the conference in the Rose Bowl with their bland, boring brand of football.

Well, actually, if PSU beat MSU, it'd still be Iowa going, because they're round robin and Iowa and PSU would have the better overall record, and Iowa beat PSU. And if you want OSU to do well over Iowa....well...

I was saying that, had MSU won, Iowa would have also lost to OSU (because they will) giving them two conference losses, and Sparty will lose to PSU, which gives them at least two, so either PSU or OSU would end up going.

I can see that happening. BTW, I'm not much on points, pro or con, for others or for me, but I plussed your first post, since it seems to have been negged. I don't agree with your point, necessarily, but I don't see why people feel the need to neg someone for something that's a legitimate opinion. Yeesh.

The important thing here is that Sparty has virtually no shot to win the B10 this year. As a side benefit, my 4 hour road trip Monday morning with my Sparty co-worker just got a lot more bearable.
