The magicJack software monitors all your calls and searches through the numbers you call and receive calls from and uses that to market advertisements toward you based on that research. It's clearly stated in the EULA that this is not done for the purpose of making the magicJack software work; it is simply for them to mine your data for marketing. Their software isn't easily removed, either. As I recall there is no uninstallation method provided by the software - you have to edit the registry to get rid of it (or delete all its files and then run CCleaner to kill all registry entries). On top of all this, I've heard that the call quality is subpar.

Back in the '80's, Little Ceasar's had a vigorous ad campaign of "buy 1, get 1 free" with a little toga-wearing cartoon guy saying, at the end of the commercial, "pizza, pizza" i.e., 2 pizza's. Little Ceasar's was out of Detroit, if I'm not mistaken, back then. But it's been 15 years since I've been back in Michigan, I might be wrong.

Not as bad as the PapaJohns.com bowl. As if we're not smart enough to figure out that the website for Papa John's is probably papajohns.com. Way to underestimate your audience's intelligence.
