I live in SoCal, so no. California gets around $.80 for every dollar sent to the federal government so there are a lot of states that are getting california tax dollars that would also disagree with you.

Ok this is just a thought, but if this 13 year old Sills kid received anything from the school does that make him no longer an amature thus not being able to play collegiate ball? I know it is a big stretch but just a thought.
