the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection
OT: Michigan merchandise on Ebay. Do you ever or have you ever spent sometime on there searching for M gear?
Lots of good posters and old school pics. Had a black and white pic of the '69 OSU victory autographed by a bunch of players for about $70.
"All I've had today is, like, six gummy bears and some scotch"
Got a Mike Hart era Nike Charles Woodson Jersey for $40. Was posted at $70, so I got a good deal on it. But I was upset it wasn't the jersey from the time he played.
There is never anything of any real value out there. Put your time toward something useful. Uh, trust me!
May you have a strong foundation
When the winds of changes shift
I love eBay. It's the only place to find obscure things. My favorite jersey is a #62 practice jersey from the 80s. I wear it all the time. I got it for 5 bucks
Its a decent place to look for baby stuff. I search often, bid rarely.
Ebay has some very unique stuff that you can't find elsewhere. I've decorated my entire home office with 8"x10" framed press photos of Michigan/Detroit - these are authentic originals used by the major newspapers (Free Press, News, now-defunct Detroit Times) and the photos actually ran in the papers. Often times they have editor marks showing how the photos were to be cropped for the printing and the original ideas for the captions written on the back. You wouldn't think a marked up photo would look all that great, but when framed and matted it actually adds to the uniqueness. If you're curious, an ebay search would be "Press Photo University of Michigan" or "Press Photo Detroit".
An example of what you can find - I have one of the all-UofM astronaut crew of Apollo 15 talking with Harlan Hatcher at a commencement in the Big House that was printed in the Detroit (edit: News, not Times). Just a neat thing that you'll never see on the shelves at M-Den.
The swag is back.
I bought some stuff in the past, but I stopped after I was ripped off twice. Buyer beware, ebay's response to me was "my name is Paul and that's between y'all".
Got an authentic adidas #2 home football jersey (Regular price of $150) for $30 on ebay. Brand new with tags. $120 discount!!
When the ADept sells special jerseys and gear, you'll see my picture next to the targeted customer crowd. A sheep.....but a Blue one.....
Wouldn't be surprised if I've spent between $10k to $15k on Michigan items from eBay whether its jerseys, jersey pants/shorts, helmets, signed photos, magazines, hats, customized figures (the Fab Five and 10 football players), flags, banners, etc. My basement is wall to wall Michigan thanks to eBay as well as a few other sources. My basement is a little overboard some would say but I enjoy collecting. Didn't let my now wife see the basement till after about 3 months of dating. Luckily she allowed me to keep it when we got married.
I've gotten some really awesome vintage M gear off of Ebay. I have one of the cool knit hats the alumni wear (the cap with the knit ball on the top) and a 1998 RoseBowl champions sweater.
I was looking and still looking for any Orange Bowl memorabilia. That would kick ass.

Just did this the other day. I've been on the eBay kick lately and I have been buying everything from watches to UofM photos from the time of Gerald Ford. (It was a good deal) almost had a nice Adidas hoodie the other night for $31 until someone raised the bid to near $50 with only fifteen seconds left. I was a bit disappointed.
In the past 2 weeks, I bought a Woodson bobblehead, a Desmond Howard "The Pose" poster, a license plate with the (fake) block M, and a sign that says "Michigan Avenue". I recently came into a little cash that my wife is oblivious to, and living in Utah, UM stuff is nowhere to be found. So I'm glad to peruse ebay.
90s snapback hat scene is explosive. Big on vintage belt buckles and pennants. I just bought a 50's Michigan union keychain yesterday
I do it for my love of the Streets
I've searched far and wide to replace some of my favorite shirts that I bought while at U of M ('96-2000). My favorite was a faded green Columbia long sleeve with a faded white seal. Also had a faded maize (the actual, burnt yellow) t shirt with a faded M. I'd be forever grateful if any of those are still around and someone can help me track them down. It's been hard finding M gear lately that isn't highlighter yellow with an adidas logo or cheaply made like the New Era stuff.
I just put in wolverine once and that is how I purchased my wolverine pelt that was in Montana. I arranged to have the seller contact a taxadermist out there and had it mounted with its leg lifted over a pile of buckeyes. Being in Montana, they had no idea what buckeyes were. So, I explained the rivalry and scored some free buckeyes at the Buckeye/Wolverine shop and sent them.
Columbus, your tears are delicious.

i've gotten good stuff off of ebay. hockey jerseys, football jerseys, all kinds of stuff.
