Check out the imbed video below at the 9:52 mark.  Slow day and happened to see it while watching this trailer breakdown.

I saw a commercial the other day, one which was discussing the new DISH Network Hopper 3. The guy in the video was discussing the sports bar feature of the new DVR and on one screen was a recent UM/MSU hockey game.

For those interested but perhaps with insufficient time to watch the video or who would rather just see the still, some sites did capture it for posterity, mainly filing it under some of the other very random things that are in this film apparently:

Most of the reviews of The Watchmen were positive (at worst, reviews were mixed) and it made 55 million dollars over it's budget. Might not have reached mega blockbuster expections with its "modest" profit margin, but it was a very far cry from a flop (critically or box office wise) It was an enjoyably dark R rated movie made for fans, not critics. I would hardly call it a disappointment.

This is basically what has happened. A while ago DC comics and legendary films ruled the comic book movie universe. Classics like V for Vendatta, the Nolan trilogy and yes, Watchmen are still essential. Marvel was putting out terrible spider man and fantastic four movies and then along came Iron Man. All of the sudden the Avengers hit and suddenly the tide turned. Green Lantern and a few awkward superman movies seemed to spell the end.

Now anything marvel puts out is golden, even freaking guardians of the galaxy was amazing. Unfortunately I don't see things changing anytime soon. Batman vs. Superman looks bad. I'm talking will smith as deadshot bad. On the other hand, civil war looks amazing. Dead-pool has opened a new door too. The R rated one that DC tried to create with watchmen. Take it for what is worth, DC needs to reevaluate what's happened since Disney bought marvel. They can't afford to strike out on a batman movie, yet alone two in six months.

Marvel had nothing to do with all five Spider-Man movies and all three Fantastic Four films. Sony owns Spider-Man rights to movies amd Fox owns the rights to Fantastic Four. Thankfully and finally Sony is partnering with Marvel to make a good Spider-Man in Avengers 3 and 4.

Yeah, I know. Spider man is and always will be seen as marvel even though Sony owns the rights. The X men movies have been awful too besides first class. Fox needs to let marvel studios do what they want and profit off it, kind of like what Sony just did allowing spidey to be in civil war.

I am so glad Sony finally checked their ego and decided to partner with Marvel Studios to make a good Spider-Man. As for X-Men, I completely disagree. While I would like to see Marvel's take on an X-Men movie franchise, I think Fox has (overall) done a good job. Obviously some of the movies are worse than others, but I like them. Wolverine's origin movie is a fat C grade (that is being generous) and X3 is a D. The first X-Men is still pretty good, but that was made in 1999 or 2000 when comic book movies were not on the rage yet.

I personally am of the opinion the DC Universe should all be rated R while Marvel should be PG/PG13 (with the exception of Deadpool).  DC is such a dark, sadistic place that it should chill you when you watch it.  Marvel is fun and light with tons of action.  I think the portrayal of the new Superman vs Batman and Suicide Squad movies do a good job of showing it as a dark universe.  They just toned it down likely too much so your kid can rightfully watch it.  not sure if that will have an impact or not on the overall outcome.
