I'm really getting tired of boorish behavior out of (professional & college) athletes. Have your butts been kissed for so long that you think you can get away with this stuff? Granted, it isn't just athletes, it happens more often than we need to know. But, come on Shawne, you could have pretty much any hottie you want, do you really need to assault someone (allegedly)?

I'm friend with a guy who knows some NBA players that he used to party with in college. He's seen first hand the domestic abuse they dish out to their girlfriends/wives. It's pretty sad, this happens WAY more in professional sports/amateur sports/and life in general than we even know.

Glad so many people here have viewed the "evidence". Some kind of special access to SD County Sheriff's files, I guess. I mean, the "evidence" is there that UM just practices too much, too. Obviously, no one is crying for a professional athlete with a bad track record ('roids) that lives 1000 miles away. But there is ALWAYS more to a story than you will get in one sound-bite, the man has not been convicted of anything, and the fact that he is a professional athlete makes him neither more nor less likely to be a douche than anyone on this board, IMO.
Trust me, there are enough abusers living in our neighborhoods to keep us concerned plenty. Check out your local domestic violence shelter and see how much abuse ISN'T committed by an athlete.
