I had actually thought I had seen articles that Sanchez had a few suitors as a backup / depth sort of option for teams. Looking at the passer rating chart linked in that article probably won't make any Eagles fan feel better, especially when this chart shows Sanchez to have a worse rating than the likes of Jake Plummer and Vinny Testaverde. They'll at least have options at the position though, should something awful happen to Foles and Barkley, although like they said, he'd have a better offense to work in all around if he gets in there.

For a while, Dirty Sanchez was dead last in just about every statistical category for a starting QB over the past five years with a certain minimum number of starts (which I cannot recall now). That was right before the Jets gave him an extension.

But they had a good defense, featuring the best shut-down corner in the game on one side and the corner with the highest child support payments in the nation on the other. And Rex Ryan's foot fetish. Pure entertainment.

Die-hard and miserable Jets fan. I love the move for pure entertainment purposes. Sanchez was a plug, at best, with a completely eroded confidence.  I cannot wait to see what those pukes in Philly do to him.
