OT: LSA Grad Charlene Kaye featured on TheAtlantic.com
Her version of "Mad Tom of Bedlam" was chosen as the song of the day last Thursday. Here's a video of it:
She graduated in 2009 before moving to New York. You should check out her other music, too, because she has a great voice.
Always good to see Wolverines succeeding. Getting mentioned by The Atlantic is pretty big. Maybe the New Yorker is next.

She is now my 2nd favorite Charlene, behind Charlene Tilton of course.

Considering 3 factors:
1. Michigan grad
2. who sings like that
3. and who looks like that in an evening dress
(and especially #3)
I deem this very much On Topic, whatever the topic of mgoblog is.

Nice to see her and Darren Criss getting some attention, Darren Criss obviously a lot more just now.

Good vid...one day when my son was auditioning at the school of music, we walked around the building listening to people practicing. Lots of talent floating around on North Campus.
