So no one can tackle anymore? Cool, I love getting high blood pressure.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:44 PM ^
That's crazy.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:46 PM ^
Same reason the Lions have two kick return TDs. If you allow the runner to get up a head of steam, the defenders are unable to stop and turn in these conditions.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:44 PM ^
Detroit LB's are so slow to react....
December 8th, 2013 at 3:45 PM ^
Awful call, the OG waited and flinched on purpose, should have been a false start.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:45 PM ^
Ed is fucking us so hard.

December 8th, 2013 at 3:48 PM ^
Lions got royally jobbed in this one.

December 8th, 2013 at 3:51 PM ^
The Lions had them completely stopped and were gifted a new set of downs by arguably the worst roughing call in the history of organized football.

December 8th, 2013 at 3:48 PM ^
Becoming to hard to watch, every BS penalty has cost us points, 6, 2, 2, and now 6.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:48 PM ^
and that should end it......what a piss poor 4th qtr from the Lions.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:51 PM ^
Jeremy Ross is apparently very good at running in a foot of snow.

Are you from the future?
December 8th, 2013 at 3:53 PM ^
Oh, c'mon, odds were heavily (overwhelmingly?) in favor of this prediction.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:52 PM ^
This game has been fun to watch.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:52 PM ^
Well, terrible game.

Nice job Raiola........also Stafford thanks for not falling on it.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:53 PM ^
goddammit. i hate the lions sometimes.

December 8th, 2013 at 3:54 PM ^
Thank you, announcer man.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:54 PM ^
How is that not a false start!? This officiating has been ridiculous.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:55 PM ^
That penalty is inexcusable. Just cost the Lions a full minute.

December 8th, 2013 at 3:57 PM ^
So.....Gunther has decided not to adjust to what Philly is doing. Sounds familiar

Michigan or the Lions?

It's been fun.
December 8th, 2013 at 3:59 PM ^
all that money into the Lions DL.....meanwhile the LB's still cant tackle.
December 8th, 2013 at 4:03 PM ^
Aside from the obvious jobbing by the ref, once the blinding snow stopped, conditions clearly favored the offense. Once anyone on offense got up a head of steam, the defense was unable to make a cut or a turn to get in position to make a play. I'm more upset with the Lions offense that they weren't able to take advantage of the conditions.

It will happen when a certain guy no longer has his hands involved in the organization, the problem is that it will take death for that to happen.
December 8th, 2013 at 4:15 PM ^
WCF hasn't been involved in quite sometime. Ever since his son fired Millen really.
December 8th, 2013 at 4:02 PM ^
December 8th, 2013 at 4:03 PM ^
What are these receivers doing? It's getting harder and harder to be emotionally invested in this team.
December 8th, 2013 at 4:03 PM ^
nowhere even if they make the playoffs. I don't see how anyone can justify retaining Jim Schwartz and the horrid Gunther Cunningham. Seriously, Cunningham makes GERG look like Pat Narduzzi.
December 8th, 2013 at 4:07 PM ^
Ford is still involved and as long as that happens the Lions will go no where. No decent coach is going to want this job unless he can bring in his own GM. Ford sure as hell wont allow that.
December 8th, 2013 at 4:09 PM ^
in real terms. That isn't the issue anymore. It's an issue of a GM desperately needing his chosen coach to succeed or else he loses his job.
Both Mayhew and Schwartz need to go.
December 8th, 2013 at 4:04 PM ^
Kelly completely out coached Schwartz
Philly receivers outplayed ours by 1000000 miles
