Haha wtf? I was just about to post this. I can't believe he's back. Just goes to show how money talks. Probably wasn't getting many offers from other teams. But in fairness the team is completley different from when he was here last.

Welcome back Dre! Don't get your head taken off again after an interception like you did a couple years ago!

I never understood why we traded him in the first place? He was the first lions Pro bowler in ages and all we got in return was George Foster (OT) and Tatum Bell (RB). BTW both players are now out of the league

Didn't he burn the Lions on the way out?  I faintly remember him bashing the coaches and organization.  Though, I guess it is a whole new regime so ... welcome back Bly!  I'm optimistic the Lions can be .500 this year.  Any help and competition in our secondary is welcome.

AFAIC, Bly called a spade a spade on his way out of Detroit.  He's honest, he plays hard, and has had some success, though it is probably too far in the rear-view mirror to do much good now.  I know a lot of people percieve him as too reckless and too ready to gamble, but he might end up being a good mentor to the younger players.

Welcome back.

Houston - guaranteed starter  (although on almost every other team he'd be fighting for a starting spot)

King / Bly / Spievey / Wade - One of these 3rd-tier CBs will be a starting CB in the NFL.

Hopefully Bly still has it in his 12th year; or Spievey is a steal as a 3rd round pick; or King ends up more than an average Nickel back
