OK, I was looking at it from the perspective of it not being an all SEC MNC game.  So from the  perspective of UM getting a BCS game, I would agree that it is better for LSU to win.  Although, recent history has shown that a loss to LSU does not equal a significant drop in the   polls.

Love the guy. Glad he's not our coach doing and being so wacky but he really fits in well in Louisiana. Anyone who's ever been down there knows that state is full of interesting characters and it appears that they have been rubbing off on him over the years.

How can anyone hate the guy? Assuming Bacon's account was correct, Miles is a diehard Michigan guy and would have been our coach had certain people at Michigan not been complete douche bags. If there is anyone I dislike, it's Carr, that arrogant prick.

I think of Les Miles as I think of Nick Saban (though slightly better since he went to Michigan). I don't know enough about either team's arrest records but do know that they both oversign, something I don't like.  To me, neither give off a horrible vibe when being interviewed, though Saban is definitely a politician with the way he answers most questions.

Now please, somebody remind me why I hate Saban, because right now I don't remember.  Afterall, I can't NOT hate him...

Saban is a sociopath, he manipulates people towards his charm and leaves at the first sight of a better situation without any care for those he's leaving behind. Les Miles, for all his faults, seems like a loyal guy and he'd have been at Michigan in a second if he was invited.

regarding him and Moeller are pretty distasteful. Dave Brandon mentioned "over his dead body" would Miles be coach, according to 3 and Out, so it seems that he did something in his time at Michigan to make an enemy out of a lot more folks than just Lloyd Carr.

Also, shame on you for calling Lloyd Carr an arrogant prick. You have no idea what Carr has done for this program.

Lloyd was loyal but god dammit is he an infuriating character. I respect him in many ways but on the other hand he was so stubborn that I can't stop thinking what could have been
