O.T leaked scouting report on Johnny football
http://www.totalprosports.com/2014/05/10/patriots-scouting-report-johnn…
the Patriots said this was a fake...
old logos on the report. Highly doubt the Patriots just forgot to update their stationary for their scouting reports
Whatever this is, it is not very flattering...
are not flattering because they go through a ton of background check, medical check, etc. It's very extensive so of course, it won't be flattering.
Took it with a grain of salt as it came from one of those parody accounts always posting about "see _______ new uniforms for 2014 season..." in which we all know they aren't true uniforms.
How about the comment "Never goes to classes"? Pretty sure that's not good.
say "based on the information ascertained by our sources, no indication that he was ever actually enrolled at Texas A&M."
"Big time maintenance"
Not sure Ryan Mallett didn't fall under that category as well, of course not to Johnny Football levels, but nonetheless this is intriguing if it's real.
Mallett was reportedly addicted to coke. Throw in his uneven play at Arkansas, it didn't help matter.
...at least one reporter who is familiar with the Pat's draft grading system said that this is not what they use.
Meh, I think it's probably fake. Most of us didn't need an insider report to come to most of those conclusions about Manziel.
TXTC? Kingsbury? Both notes found in there. Are these are supposed to be remarks for Manziel? I guess these must be from his first two years.
It's a complete fake. Just like this was
Photoshopping a picture is childsplay these days. Faking that report and making it sound authentic would have taken a hell of a lot more work. Not saying it wasn't done, but faking that report is a lot more impressive than faking a picture IMO.
I would guess fake based on one of the ratings being labeled "toughs". Seriously, who talks like that?
Maybe an old school pro football scout employed by the Patriots? It's just an abbreviation for Toughness, which I'm assuming is mental toughness, not physical toughness that would be covered under their durability rating. If you were typing this out on hundreds of players you might start abbreviating things too.
Whatever he's doing, I think it works.
Real or fake, somebody put a lot of work into it and it seems spot on.
For the record, though, I think "cocky" is a positive when it comes to QB, CB or HC.
As others noted, it's fake. Still, now that he's not in college I am 100% on the Johnny Football train.
he is going to flame out faster than Ryan Leaf.
I'm usually the first one to think that something, ANYTHING on the internet is fake. That report seems unbelievably authentic If that is a fake, someone did an incredibly good job with it. The fact that the logo is old means nothing--do you think every field scout throws away his old forms the minute the marketing department updates the team logo?
Psh... yeah I aint readin' all of that junk.
