I apologize for the New England-centric nature of this post, but I know there are a lot of Michigan alums out here who might find this fun.
A little more than 24 hours are left until Zoltan Mesko's ZoliOke! Zoltan, Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Jerod Mayo and others will be singing their lungs out in the name of donating to the Children's Hospital of Boston tomorrow night at The Royale. $50 (plus ticketmaster's usual bits) gets you a General Admission ticket, or $150 gets you one of the remaining VIP tickets*.
Additionally if you would simply like to donate, you can do so here:
For what it's worth, a general admission ticket will also get you into the general club scene afterwards. Zoltan has confirmed that the Celtics game will be on, and I'd bet the Stanley Cup game will also be playing somewhere in the building.
If you are willing to shell out for VIP tickets, I think they're kind of a bargain for the price. The take-home, according to a couple different sources:
- A chance to meet the performers/players
- An ominously titled "swag bag"
- Catered appetizers
- Open bar access (Hi Gisele, this one's on me.)
- Balcony access (I have no idea what this entails)
There will also be auctions with prizes such as signed footballs, and opportunities to sing with the players. If you have any other questions or want to work something out with the PR firm, I've found JoJo (Zoltan's rep for this event) to be very helpful. If nothing else, do it for the kids!
