Definitely a plus to keep these guys around. We will continue to have what i believe is the best front office in all of sports. Also, Ryan Martin turned down the job to become assistant manager in Tampa Bay along side Stevie Y. He is the man that works very closely with management on CBA compliance, salary cap issues, arbitration issues, and player contract research and analysis. Not quite as popular but a very important piece to the machine.
