OT- Justin Verlander pitches overlapped
Well the other day it was Yu Darvish, now the MLB network has done one of our favorite tiger JV. Enjoy

Bro
Video looks like a Borderlands shotgun spray.
Verlanderous Ravager
Damage 5089x4
Accuracy 99%
Fire Rate 4
Reload Speed 6.5
Magazine Size 120 pitches
They all stay in the same spot until about 10 feet in front of home plate then 3 of them fall off the table. Cool gif
I noticed the same thing, especially compared to the Darvish GIF in which the pitches fan out pretty soon after release. I don't know how anyone ever scores a run on JV.
Is why the dude is just this side of unhittable.
That bird in angry birds that splits into 3 birds. Can someone overlay angry birds over the balls? I lack the skills.
This is a pretty cool GIF, and it would be awesome if it were possible for Morneau to strike out on simulatenous pitches in real life. It really does highlight Justin's amazing control.
It's the Verlander Uncertainty Principle.
If you look closely you may be able to see his hand turn a little to the right on what I assume is the change piece. Not sure it can be useful live at all, but now the secret is out. Hit it big leaguers
very cool. JV is a monster..good analysis.
I wish they would show an overlap of a not-so-great, but run-of-the-mill pitcher for comparison. I need a reference so I can be totally amazed about how good these two players are.
He might go down as one of the best all time
That is one of the coolest things I have seen. One windup, one release point, one follow through, four pitches. The man is a maestro!
enjoy it
maybe the best tiger pitcher we will ever see
damn I'd like to see someone better in a Tigers uniform.
I also assume you mean present day,
Damn impressive
More impressive than the Darvish one, and thats saying something considering the Darvish one was extremely impressive.
W O W very very impressive
I can't get over how filthy his change piece is.
Filthy Mcnasty
Naw dude...
Kate Upton was more impressed with Spike hitting four 3's in a row.
I'm not sure I've ever seen another pitcher with the exact same arm angle and release point for ALL of the pitches in his arsenal. That's extremely impressive.
There's not too many guys that can make a living off his pitches! Love me some Verlander!
