I think most of us already knew this or was hoping for him to be fit.  The question now is who gets the starting job at the other forward position.  I prefer Buddle over Findley.

Also it seems that Algeria has suffered two injuries to key players.

Definitely a plus that he is starting. We need him to play well against England. Obviously we need the whole team to play well but Altidore can be dangerous if he is on. Im kind of torn over Buddle and Findley. Findley did some good things in the warm up against the Australia even though he missed some golden opportunities. Whoever gets the start, i just hope they play well. Olympic hockey type run? Go USA!

Findley has the pace that can put some pressure on the English back line.  If BB wants that kind of player I think Findley might start.  I think it would serve us better to bring him off the bench to get behind an already tired England defense.

But, if we are going to talk subs, I wouldn't mind seeing Gomez either.  He just seems to be in the right place at the right time.

What happens if all six games in a group are ties?  Obviously there's no goal differential, so what do they do?  Group A is 1/3 of the way there.  I would assume they'd have to be prepared for that if the next two tie and be ready for extra time and shootouts?
