OT: The Jets and the Big10
I couldn't help but notice all of the former B10 players that are on the Jets:
Shonn Greene, Braylon Edwards, Santonio Holmes, Vernon Gholston, Jeff Cumberland (TE, Illinois), Ben Hartsock, Dustin Keller, Nick Mangold, Brandon Moore, Steve Weatherford (P, Illinois), Eric Smith (S, MSU), Jim Leonhard (S, Wisc), Marquice Close (CB, NW), David Harris, Matt Kroul, Starting next year, you can also count Matt Slauson (G from Neb)
That's nearly 30% of their active roster.
Is there another team out there that is so heavily loaded from one particular conference? I can't recall.

Was just watching the Jet game and had to chuckle. Braylon made a real nice TD grab, and immediately got flagged for taunting. No doubt that guy has incredible ability but his mind tends to wander sometimes. Awesome Wolverine.

The SEC didn't help out too much in KC last year.

Wearing my Braylon Jets jersey right now. Nothing like killin' two birds with one stone...
Had high hopes for D Warren (as an undrafted FA, I thought he'd be the steal of the draft), but apparently a serious concussion issue kept him our ot preseason and got him cut. Would have loved to see him join our badass defensive backfield.

this has probably been covered somewhere else, and i know this is OT but i didn't want to post a new thread, so if anyone is still reading this one, is mario upset with the RR coaching staff? its upsetting not hearing grads say Michigan on their colleges when going through the lineups during nfl games.
