I'm sure most if not all the other pro's will tow the company line and defend Tiger to ensure that their cash cow doesn't run dry. It will benefit everyone as they continue to set records for purses and player earnings.

TOE the line. Possibly came from the british house of commons where there were 2 red lines, 2 sword lengths apart on the floor for when there was serious debate and killing the other person was the only solution. None of that pansy-ass "Working out our differences" in the Old World.

"We probably thought he was a better guy than he is. I would probably need to apologize to her and hope she uses a driver next time instead of the 3-iron." "It's a private thing of course," he said. "But when you are the guy he is, the world's best athlete, you should think more before you do stuff ... And maybe not just do it, like Nike says."
You know, those quotes aren't particularly classy, but that is hilarious. I suppose if anyone has a good reason to go off on Tiger about this, it's Jesper.

Reportedly, she is also his wife's best friend. That would certainly color his glasses a little bit. I can empathize, but I don't feel too sorry for Elin. If she gets half of what he has right now and child support for the next eighteen years based on what he makes, it would definitely fall into the "not bad for a nanny" catagory.

So you think that a person would rather have money than say "the love of their life" be the faithful spouse they thought them to be? How many people would you say laugh all the way to the bank when a spouse dies and they go to collect their life insurance? By your posts, it sounds like you think they value the money more than the person and that is the most insane thing I have ever read on this blog. I think someones love for Tiger has clouded his judgement on this one, and resulted in BAR NONE, the worst point ever posted on mgoblog. edit* I am not saying there aren't gold diggers out there, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

It's not about money with everyone. He voluntarily took the vows, no one twisted his arm. Elin bore him two beautiful kids and he broke her trust and her heart. She's got to hear about his antics now for the rest of her life. Money isn't fixing that. Tiger should do everything he can to save his marriage and save his family. If it were me, I'd take a break from golf for 6 months and bust my ass repairing things with Elin.

I think Elin and Tiger's shrewd re-working of their pre nup shows Tater was in the right ballpark at least. Also, I hate to break it to you guys, but a lot of woman are mostly concerned with materials. I know not always, but many women will agree that this is true of women in general. Don't even get me started on what assholes us men are.

I am sure Jesper said exactly what his wife needed to hear. What he was really thinking, "Man, I sure am glad Tiger married her and got her out of my house before I did something stupid with her." I kid I kid.

I am sure he feels comfortable running his mouth on the subject. But let's be honest, he is doing Elin no favors by adding to the # of articles. He should have been more contrite. Also, Woods will rip him a new one when he sees him next on the course... Jesper is trying to give himself some status, maybe if he can string together two good rounds next year him and Tiger will be paired up. Then there will be some ESPN-CBS blah blah blah about these comments.

While I agree with the basic premise that Jesper "feels bad for hooking those two up because, well, look what happened" - his delivery was a bit off. In case you missed it, he was at a PGA qualifying tournament. His game is broke. He's probably broke (comparatively to the nineties for sure). This is the first thing we've heard from Jesper in ~ 10 years. So basically... yeah, I think this might be the last we'll ever hear from Jesper. Man, what a collapse of a career....

I wonder if other golfers knew about Tiger and his penchant for cocktail REDACTED? I am going to assume that Jesper had no idea that Tiger liked to go for holes in one (or two if he is like Kobe) off the greens. If he did, maybe he just introduced them not thinking anything much would happen between them. How do we know that Jesper might not have had something with her? I am not saying he did but you just never know. "Irregardless" Tiger has proven he can think clearly on the golf course but not off of it. What a putz he is even though he's the greatest golfer ever to have played the game. I am still waiting for the other shoe to drop...that he used PEDs.
