OT Jadeveon Clowney gets another speeding ticket

He had a cute saying about speeding and when he would pull you over. It went "9 your fine, 10 your mine". So my speed in a 55 zone is never any faster than 64 likewise 79 in a 70 on the freeway. So consiquently, I have not had a speeding ticket since I was young enough to ignore that saying and put the pedal to the metal. which I believe was in '87. So it works.
