OT: Insomniac Open Thread
In clinical terms, that makes a lot of sense. Reduced physical acitivity during the day is shown to relate to changes in sleep, especially sleep onset.
While I am not a doctor, there are a few suggestions I can give you. Once you are physically healthy enough to have physical exercise, that could help. However, you DEFINITELY do not want to rush it. Until then, you may want to consider tiring yourself mentally. Maybe some sudoku or crosswords before bed. Mental exersion has also been shown to have a similar effect to physical activity.

If you could see a quantatative or qualatative analysis of anything re: Michigan football, or college football in general (that would be feasible in a limited amount of time) what would it be?
