OT: Insignificant Things Open Thread (NO POLITICS)
**NO POLITICS**
Seeing as there are no significant news stories unfolding tonight, I wondered if we could get a POS bang together about what you are doing to bide the time.
I, for one, haven't turned on the TV or browsed the internet at all, assuming that I would be disappointed by the fact that nothing is happening tonight. I may play some Sudoku in a bit, I'll keep you updated.
What menial things are everyone else doing on such a run of the mill November evening?
**NO POLITICS**
Seriously, NO POLITICS! One month Bolivia trip for any mentions timestamped after 10:31 EST. [zl]

I wonder if Ghost partakes in eating pancakes and syrup? Syrup is made from the unnecessary bleeding out of poor defenseless trees. Syrup=treeblood. All those poor trees.

Look up how many animals get killed during soy, corn, sugar, etc. harvests. Big machines + little critters = blood tofu. And you're just delusional if you think any supermarket meat is slaughtered more humanely than venison.
But hey, some of us take Bambi to heart harder than others.

Okay, okay. The deer conversation was killed and skinned hours ago. No reason to revive the ghost and beat that up too.

Anyone who won't eat a chicken has not yet met a chicken.

This thread looks totally different now that the mods have swept through.

My dad and I fixed two old reel to reel players and played with old 8's and Super 8's of everything from my dad at four to me as a baby while watching the election returns (some family were on the ballot in low places). Mostly it was splicing the broken bits back together with the ancient splicing tool I found on Ebay for him. Plan is to show the best of 'em at the family Not Christmas party.
