Must have been playing against South Central Louisiana State University. They just haven't been the same on defense since losing their star linebacker to graduation about 10 years ago.

OT: Indiana State HS Rushing Record
Go Mud Dogs.
And attack.
The quarterback. Two receivers line up to the left, one to the right. There's a flanker lined up to the left behind the quarterback. He gives the ball-- no, he doesn't-- he doesn't get the ball. The receiver goes all the way over there to the left. Once the quarterback has the ball, he fakes to the left. No. He fakes to the right. He doesn't fake. He thinks about faking. He pretends to fake...
That's what you get when you drink water instead of Gatorade!
It's the other way around. But gotcha!
No, they continued to drink water after he left. When you drink water instead of Gatorade, you become an easy target. All of them became easy targets. Don't you watch commercials?
I would've thought they played against Baylor, but congrats to that young man. Wonder what the record would've looked like had he played the whole game. "Oh, you got 1000 yards last year? Son, I got 1000 yards last night!"
But how many stars does he have?
Very impressive, and congratulations to the kid for an average of 15.48 yards per carry. I also wonder what this would have looked like if he had been allowed to channel his inner Ron Dayne for the whole game, having accumulated about 8% of Dayne's career total in a single game.
Butler, Valparaiso, Indiana State, or Western Illinois

looks hideous in green and white.
It is a step in the right direction though, when I played there in the early to mid 90s we had Penn State looking helmets and barely won a game.
It'll be hard to take down Shakir Bell's records at ISU
It's impressive but in 1A football it's not all that impressive. Grats on the record though.
He playing on the west Virginia offense over the weekend?
Good for him. I know the competition wasn't great, but 700 yards is still a mind-boggling total of yardage.
