OT: Help Cancelling BTN Subscription

Need a little help- I'm trying to cancel my BTN streaming video subscription ($7.95/mo.)

They have an email address you can send a cancellation request to, but I've not heard back from anyone.

I even tried going to the NeuLion website (the BTN online host) but I didn't hear back from them either.

In my experience with any subscriptions, there's always a link or an 800 number set up so you can choose to stop your service.  These links/#'s are usually easy to find as well...

Has anyone else had trouble getting their BTN subscription cancelled?

Sent an e-mail to that e-mail addr and they cancelled it for me. From what I remember, it took a little while for them to process it (two weeks?), but they did it.

Thanks for the info.

I'll give it a few more days...no reason a cancellation should take two weeks, but I'm not in the mood to fight over 7.95...

If they need my money bad enough to drag my cancellation past the next payment cycle, they can have it...

a lot of times a company will broadcast thier phone number when submitting for an autopayment against a Credit card or debit card. I would try there.
