A blunt in the morning does wonders for hangovers. It also helps anxiety, depression, headaches, nausia, bordem and in general improves your quality of life. Why again is it illegal?

32 oz. of water (if you can keep it down) and 2 Motrin or Extra Strength Tylenol before you fall asleep or pass out. Worked pretty well for me. You never feel "100%" the next day, but after a weekend bender, anything is better than waking up and feeling like you owe money.

You should try to avoid mixing tylenol with alcohol use, in some cases it can lead to liver damage. I used to use it for hangovers, but my pharmacist friend warned me off of it.

As a married man who has stared at his wife's ridiculous collection of shoes and wondered if he could piss on them and blame the puppy, I wanted to know the consequences. I need the "cost" side of the cost/benefit equation, and experimental data in this area is (unsurprisingly) sparse.

My girl has the patience of Job, which is a necessity when dating me. We went to bed one night and she, being a very light sleeper, heard splashing noises coming from her closet area. ... A little while later she goes to investigate, and it didn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out what happened. Denying it was futile. Her: Scott, wake up, you effin peed in the closet! Me: [confused look] Her: You PEED on my SHOES! Me: Nuh-uhhh. Her: Well do you think I did it?! Me: Maybe! Well, turns out she didn't. ... The cost side? Depends on how many shoes there are. Because you will be replacing them, even if its a pair of bullshit T.J. Maxx flats she bought 17 years ago and never wears. You will be replacing those with Manolo Blahniks.

If it's completely unbareable, a handful of ibruprofen, as much water as I can keep down, and go to sleep with an aid if you need it. If the issue is less severe, Bloody Marys seems to work well for me.

Eat a meal that includes fruit before you go out. Pineapple works pretty well. Buy some B12 vitamins and take one before you go out. Drink. Go home, take another B12 vitamin and drink a lot of powerade/gatorade/water before you pass out. Pass out. Wake up and feel much better than you would have if you had not followed these steps. Yes, it's a semi-complicated process but if you want to be productive the next day it's necessary.

Um...yeah, that and the fact that alcohol is a toxin (more specifically, it has several toxins and its metabolism creates more toxins). http://www.drinkfocus.com/articles/hangovers/hangover-causes.php Hydration definitely helps, but dehydration is by no means the only cause of hangover. On a side note, I finally quit smoking in the last month (after about 13 years of going through a pack-a-day), and my hangovers feel much less severe.

Take a multivitamin with lots of water before bed. If you take enough water with it, you'll feel great the next day. My gf learned the science behind it in one of her bio classes at Mich (so it's gotta be true, right?).

I don't drink anywhere near like I did in college, but I know of more then a few people who have attempted the "drink a shitload before bed" approach. More times then I feel comfortable with, people ended up wetting the bed due to their blacked out state and inability to get up and empty the tanks. This is very much a fear of mine.

I talked to a Navy Corpsman once who said that when they were in training, they would go out and get drunk all the time, then wake up and put in an I-V and take some B-12. Apparently the hangover just disappears, though I'd imagine you don't have regular access to an I-V.
