OT: halloween costumes
My cousin is getting married on the 31st and their reception is a costume optional party. I was wanting to go as Roy Munson from Kingpin but thats pretty hard to pull off.I also thought of going with the shower costume from the karate kid. Anyone have any good costumes in mind I might want to try??

Throw on the Gordie Howe jersey, a pari of khakis, don't comb your hair, and BAM, you're Camron from Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Big with the 80's revival chicks.

Been done before, but simple to make with cardboard and a lampshade and always good for a laugh.
One example.

provides solid, easy costume ideas. I went as The Dude one year, it was not only popular but also very comfortable walking around in a bathrobe all right. Carried with all the fixins for Caucasians, too.... delicious
And of course there are others that require much less time commitment to hair-growing
also, re: the robe, get a very fuzzy, soft one that the ladies will like to rub. Yes.

Were Colonel Sanders, Pee Wee Herman, and a judge. All can be assembled by combing your local thrift stores, with finishing touches provided by Meijer.
Each went over well, but Pee Wee Herman was a little bit dated for some of the younger folks.

Don't really do halloween myself. Just like taking my daughter out.
If this is any one of you though you are my new hero

True story: My wife bought me a T Shirt that is black with orange letters that says, "This is my fucking Halloween costume!"
And, yes, I wear it.
