OT: halloween costumes

My cousin is getting married on the 31st and their reception is a costume optional party. I was wanting to go as Roy Munson from Kingpin but thats pretty hard to pull off.I also thought of going with the shower costume from the karate kid. Anyone have any good costumes in mind I might want to try??

The year the Lions went 0-11 before winning, I put a paper bag over my head and wrote "Invisible Lions fan" for Halloween. I should of busted that out last year.

Last year i found skin color long underwear and stuck a inflatable tube air blow hole on my back... with a blond wig i was dead ringer for blow up sex toy.

The key is to rig the belt so that it sticks straight up in front - I recommend using a coat hanger. I was very well received in this costume.

But not how you think. Get a polka-dotted red shower curtain, someone with some welding/woodshop skills, a shower head, and dress up as Daniel-San from Karate Kid as a shower, from the Halloween party in the movie. Also, Irish, I LIKE your idea. Too soon for Billy Mays? I say no.

I really, REALLY hope you are seriously going to do this. I've always wanted to. If you do, can you like...backtrack on this thread and explain how you put it together, etc? There's always next year, and I really want to pull this costume off, but am not sure how to construct it.

Awesome. +1 Last costume I did was Indiana Jones... because I am a Jones freak. But don't do it unless you've got the right stuff. Otherwise I will yell at you that your costume is wrong. Edit: I hit reply on the chia pet post, dang it!

Three years ago I went as a box of wine, I had a couple bags of wine inside and poured people drinks all night, so that went well. Two years ago I got a white garbage bag, painted on it in pink letters the word DOUCHE and went as a douche bag. Last year was my first Halloween living in China, a bunch of ex-pat friends and I dressed up as terrorists complete with the authentic looking Air-Soft guns. Since the Chinese have no idea what Halloween is it freaked a bunch of people out. Good fun.

Go as one of the cops from Super Troopers. Bonus points if you do as my friend did and chug from a bottle of syrup. He was crazy wired by the end of the night from all the sugar.

My best ever costume idea was Big Boy. Even painted the red checkers on the white overalls. Man, what a pain in the a$$. But definitely a hit!
