Tim - any idea when the varsity announcement is coming now that Brandon has the football coach search out of the way?

Though I'm speculating, the hiring of Hoke as opposed to Les Miles or Harbaugh certainly leaves more money in the athletic department coffers to fund the varsity lacrosse programs. I guess Lax fans should be Hoke-A-Maniacs as well.

When you put it that way, I guess count me as a Hokester. But isn't everyone a lax fan already?
Seriously, coming from someone who actually is a Michigan lacrosse fan, it's really great to read stories like this about some of these young men. Thank you for posting.

...He said that they were scheduled to announce the Lax team's move to varsity the first week of January but the whole CC fiasco happened so they want to wait a few weeks. Supposedly, the team will be officially varsity in two seasons, with the next season set aside for recruiting and preparing to compete at a D1 level.
