I'm going to a scotch tasting event sponsored by The Macallan. What about the rest of you?
...talks about how UConn hasn't been in contact and how they're out. (HT: UMHoops)
JWalker Blue, I'm celebrating many things tonight, UM victory and some personal success, great day.
I've decided to lay off the food for a while, and go on the booze.

20 mile run in the am. But Lagunitas Brown Shugga makes it worth it
Picked up 4 varieties on the liquor store stop on the way home:
Furious
Bender
Coffee Bender
Abrasive Ale
All are excellent, and if you haven't tried Surly, I recommend getting to the upper midwest to give it a shot. They have some amazing seasonal varietals - one called "Wet" that is among my favorite beers ever.
And Coffee Bender is a totally different + amazing beer drinking experience.
Later... maybe some Jim Beam if the mood hits me right depending on where I'm at. Grew up in Kentucky / Cincinnati area before going to Michigan, and while it isn't the trendiest bourbon, it is always more than sufficient for me.
Big mistake....I can already feel the headache setting in
I don't have much left, continuing with Miller Lite since the bball game, then switching to Captain. Keeping it classy.
Buffalo Trace to be followed with margaritas then Heineken if I run out of both...
And when we play as a team, when the old season is over, you and I know, it's gonna be Michigan again, Michigan
I vote to stick with Buffalo Trace... unless you do run out, I guess.
Every drink bourbon all night long, young man?
"I don't see how having someone piss on my face is going to help me sell Lou Ferrigno's house."
I stuck with the Buffalo Trace and let the old lady go for the margs. Now I have to attempt to type with her legs on my lap as she is passed out. Wild Friday I know.

Nice choice. Where have you been? I miss those late night threads.

moved from $3 pitchers at charley's to $8 12 packs of moosehead from beer depot.
After I finished my first 40 of Busch, Morris and the boys turned the game around. I've been hitting the 40s hard ever since. Go Blue.
...but have yet to outgrow: 40s of Bud Light.
You'll be better and you'll be smarter and more grown-up and a better daughter. . .
40s are just so convenient sometimes...especially when I live within a 3 minute walk of a decent liquor store.
You must be a major baller to down those 40s of Bud Light. My personal preference was always OE in the 40 format, with paper bag of course.
Abort, Retry, Fail?
and the 'high gravity' OE is one of the best alcohol/$ values around.
Colt 45 is my classy, non hobo drink of choice.

Colt 45 is about as far as I'll go, 40-wise. I spent a night with two bottles of Cobra once at a party, but I'll never do that again.
Abort, Retry, Fail?
I rarely do 40's. Since I've been 21 (December '10) I've been buying up as much awesome beer as I can afford. Other than beer I go with Jameson/Crown or tequila for liquor nights.

My first ever Pilsner - not bad. Switching over to Long Trail Ale later tonight. Smiling like the Cheshire cat after today's W.
Grant's scotch on ice, my every day scotch....if I was celebrating anything it would be the Glenlivet....

+1 for The Glenlivet. Tonight, I'm going to crack open the The Old Numbskull by Alesmith.

Maker's 46 on the rocks. Might have a Two-Hearted later. Probably will drink up some of the wife's Cupcake cabernet too. Why not?

Founders Red's Rye, out of my 2010 Founders Mug Club mug, #1050. It's a good night to be alive.
Go blue!
A double IPA from a local micro brew. If you're in NOVA, I suggest you check out Mad Fox. Worth your time.
Picked up some Great Lakes Conway's Irish Ale on the way home from work. It's pretty solid.
