Michigan, along with Stanford, Princeton, Penn and Cal-Berkley, are offering free online classes. You do not, however, get college credits for these classes.
Check it out at:

MIT does a similar think with some of their classes, and it was an absolute lifesaver for me in Calc-3 (my professor was terrible). I'm definitely going to sign up for this, as online classes like this make a great supplement to normal classes.

There is some awesome stuff there. You can also check out udacity.com for more computer engin classes. Khan Academy is great for its quick videos and breadth.

Wow - I took that class in 1978, and I know it had been around at least a few years before that. The Phantom Tollbooth was one of the books back then.
Thanks for the memory - you can get off my lawn now.

When people question the difference between the academics at Michigan vs. MSU/OSU/whatevever other B1G school besides Northwestern, the fact that no one would blink that we're a part of a group like this whereas any other school would make you say "what is that school doing there," is about the best response I've seen yet.

$200 million would imply:
Earnings next year: $7.9 million
Book value: $100 million
This years cash flow: $14.9 million
This years revenue: $166 million
If it was compared to publicly traded, small cap companies based in the US. Of course that's the average and averages usually don't exist in the real world but it puts it into perspective. I wouldn't be too surprised considering the 18-34 male demographic is pretty appealing to advertisers.

Wrong thread. I blame fat fingers and my 9-5.
Health Policy and the Affordable Care Act looks interesting. I might sign up for that.
