Playoffs? Playoffs? Yes, playoffs! Need advice for the following (1 point PPR format). Need two RB's, 2 WR's and 1 flex out of: DeAngelo Williams David Johnson Matt Forte Doug Baldwin Eric Decker Mike Evans Golden Tate I was thinking of going with Williams and Johnson at RB, Baldwin and Decker and WR and Forte and flex. Thoughts?

Since we're buckling up for recruiting announcements and since you have only one player playing before Sunday (a Tampa Bay Buc nonetheless), my magic 8-ball says: "Try asking again Sunday Morning"

I'm in the finals. I need 1 RB and 1 WR out of the following: Ameer Abdullah, Chris Polk, Mike Wallace, Chris Hogan, Bryce Brown, and Seth Roberts. PPR league.

(Yes, my team is decimated by injuries)

I would agree with your choices except possibly at flex.  Have to go with Williams and Johnson at this point as they are both top 10 backs this week.  Really can't sit Baldwin right now and Decker is so consistent.  At flex, Forte probably has the highest floor but the lowest ceiling.  So, if you need a lot of points, I would consider Evans or Tate (especially if CJ is limited) because they could potentially boom.   I don't like playing Thursday night guys on the road (Evans), so that alone might sway me against him all things being equal.  But, Vincent Jackson is out and Evans should get a lot of targets.  I wouldn't consider Tate over your other options unless CJ is limited or out.

Should I start Bryce Brown for the Seahawks or Tim Hightower? Brown hasn't played in a while but should get a lot of the touches with Harris being released, but Hightower had 28 touches last week. I'm leaning towards Hightower against the lions after watching Gurley, but Brown is intriguing.

Also not sure what to do about my TE situation. I have Barnidge, Reed, and Watson. Any advice would be appreciated!

Some tough choices there but I think that you are on the right path.  Only real choice is Mike Evans or Matt Forte at Flex.  Highest ceiling, Mike Evans, highest floor, Matt Forte.  Good luck!

A different thought might be looking deeper at Deangelo Williams' matchup against Denver.  Denver just shut down a sneaky good offense against Oakland, albeit Deangelo Williams is probably a better "play" vs Denver than Latavius Murray was last week.

For everyone else, yeah injuries have been the story this year in fantasy football, especially at RB.  My two backs have been ok to good, Latavius Murray and LeShon McCoy, but are currently healthy which is more than I can say for a number of other RBs out there.  Thankfully in my 2 QB, 1 PPR, 2 Flex league, my two QBs (Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson) and 4 WRs (Doug Baldwin, Julio Jones, AJ Green, and Michael Crabtree) have carried me into the playoffs.

Powell has been playing great. Fitzpatrick really likes throwing to him. For PPR he might be a better option than Murray. Especially with Murray's situation in Philly. But then again Dallas hasn't been great against the run, especially last week against GB, so Ivory could be good. For WR2 i would probably go with Tate. He has played better than Cooks the last few weeks, and who knows about Moncrief with Hasselbeck possibly being out.

All I can tell you is keep Murray glued to the bench. I picked up Isaiah Crowell at RB in my desperation to start literally anyone over DeMarco Murray last week, and that move won me my playoff game last week as the 8-seed. This week he has a bad matchup so I picked up Branden Bolden to start. And Murray will stay on the bench.

Williams is a no-brainer.  Johnson has been playing well lately and I'm partial to him because he is on my team too.  I'm playing against Forte this week in the playoffs, so I hope he fails miserably.

I'd go Baldwin and Decker.  Forte in the flex is the logical choice.  Evans would be next in line.

Flex advice?  I've got David Johnson in there now.  Here are my other options.

M Crabtree, T Lockett, E. Sanders, B Powell, A Gates

I'm 99% sure I'm going with Johnson.

AJ Green(no Dalton), Allen Robinson, Larry Fitzgerald and Sammy Watkins. I need 3 and I have that awful feeling where the guy I sit goes off for 40. Right now I'm leaning towards sitting Fitz.  Any thoughts?

At this point I'm in the playoffs in name only. Lost Edelman, Bell, and now Blount and Jonathan Stewart. Every time this season I had top waiver priority someone huge showed up the week after I used it. Really needed a RB this week and others who have far better RBs picked up Brown and Robinson to stash on their benches. So my opponent is favored by 30 points and my only shot at victory is Russell Wilson and Lockett going off against Cleveland. Everyone else on my team is lucky to even reach their projected points. I'm sure it's not a surprise to Michigan fans that Lockett is doing well.

Yeah, but I dropped him along with everyone else when it was announced he was out through end of season.   My RB options are Bernard, Martin, and Starks, and at WR I have Lockett, Marvin Jones, A. Jeffrey and Cobb.  I'm up against Antonio Brown, OBJ, Landry, Gurley, D. Robsinon and L. MIller.  As well as Olsen at TE to my Eifert who is likely out.

I had a pretty awful fantasy season due to injuries. Andrew Luck, Dion Lewis, Kennan Allen, Jimmy Graham (not that he was lighting it up, but that pass offense is on fire now and he was coming along), Chris Johnson, all have got hurt. I'm in the losers bracket, fighting it out for a hundred dollar consolation prize. I'm rolling with Hightower, Latavious Murray, and Theo Riddick, slim pickings at the RB position in our league. Plus I like the idea on Monday Night saving me if Hightower and Riddick have some good games. Good luck to everyone in the championship brackets.
